For the new "town", how about simply "The Wald", since it's mainly just the woods and I doubt it'd have a formal name. Beautiful city tour!!! Great job bringing the best of old and new tour styles together. I think you really hit the nail on the head with this one, and you'll continue to refine it even better as you go.

Leave the surface. Forestry is (of course) much more complex than what this game can simulate. Foresters take care of the land that trees grow on. It's an entire ecosystem that produces high quality lumber. Maybe you can even put some fencing, I think a natural dense bush barrier is enough to distinguish nature from industry. You wouldn't want civilians wandering in there

This is how the real world works. This is really interesting to me. The solution here and in reality would actually be social housing. Gov bought and built housing provided for free to citizens who need it. That's the mechanic needed.

Yes, please eliminate the forestry surfaces! Also, how common are oak forestry in the US? In Sweden where I'm from, spruce and pine forestry is extremely dominant, with some birch forestry being present as well. Hardwood forestry industries are very uncommon. It might change across latitudes, but temperate forestry industries are in general coniferous based :) Great looking industry though!!

Love the change with the city tour. When I first started watching your videos, when you got to the city tour section I was expecting more street-level views, like you'd experience if you were touring a city in person.

I have two questions that are not directly linked to this video. 1. Is there still ground pollution left from the old landfill and industrial strip? 2. Is Eisenhower Street still there? To me it seemed the name got lost during the the station rebuild.

You really should have done a pedestrian and buke focused city. Absolutely NO reason to need major csr infrastructure or giant carparks in a city that size.

I would like to see more zoning options. Wall-to-wall commercial and Wall-to-wall mixed use would have been nice (get that main street kind of feel). Not to mention mixed use commercial-office, wall-to-wall mixed use commercial-office. I think expanding these options in 2 was great, but they were pretty short-sighted in what options they provided. All they would need to do is provide the zoning option and a few buildings, and the community can build a ton of assets that fit well into those, giving us a lot of variety.

The one with the tiny maps? It's been 10 years? I am still disappointed.

You know what I think would be awesome, community events: Art & Wine festivals, Block Parties, music festivals in the park… things like that.
